Over the years I’ve specialized in complex commercial oven and combi repairs — the kind that require careful troubleshooting instead of part swapping. I handle everything from Rational error codes to tricky Merrychef faults and control issues, along with detailed diagnostics on ranges, fryers, and dishwashers.
I’ve worked in just about every type of kitchen across the tri-state area — New York, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Delaware — gaining a reputation for taking on the tough calls and getting equipment running again when it matters most. More than anything, my goal is to get your equipment fixed right the first time so you don’t have to worry about repeat visits, long waits, or paying premium prices for guesswork. When I leave, it works — simple as that.
